Virtual Spin Classes

Looking to stay fit and active? Join our FREE online spin classes this spring 2021.

Hi, I’m Sara.

I’ll be leading you through the Online Spin Classes.

I’m a Kinesiology student in the University of Calgary and I’ve been racing professionally for Rally Cycling since 2016. I’ve been teaching spin classes for over 5 years to a wide range of ages and abilities. In my classes, I like to bridge the gap between structured training and real life riding and racing scenarios, so that you can better understand how the work you do in a class applies to a real-life situation.

Now that you know a little bit more about me, please choose the dates and times when you are able to join. We will follow up with further details on how to join the actual class. Closer to the date we will email you a link to register for the ride as well as the video conference information.

If you have any questions, you can e-mail [email protected]

“Spin classes with Sara are great. She's knows her stuff and it's great to be connected via google meet while we do a ride on Rouvy with intervals along the way. I really like these classes.”

Custom Online Training

Private and small group spin classes are available. I will create a custom workout catered specifically for you. These are great for those looking to build fitness through the fall and winter, and for those preparing for specific events.

To enhance your experience we suggest that you ride the Rouvy course that has been selected. Rouvy’s indoor cycling app combines real road video with augmented reality and is a great way to ride around the world from the comfort of your own home. Through Google Meet, your instructor will be able to chat with the group and add in the training portion of the class.

Set-Up & Spin

For those needing a little extra help getting set up before joining a VeloGuide spin class. We'll spend the first part of the hour setting up Rouvy and then do an easy ride using the platform. This is a great opportunity to test your set up and familiarize yourself riding on Rouvy.

These sessions are booked upon request.
