I’m a 19 year old professional cyclist currently based in Victoria, BC. I race for H&R Block Pro Cycling on the road, and Russ Hay’s the Bicycle Shop for cyclocross.
Off the bike, I work as a barista, blog about cycling and mental health, and write a weekly column in Canadian Cycling Magazine about life as a domestic pro. Here’s a link to my site if you’d like to learn more about me: https://olivertevans.com/
I love to ride with others. Training alone is difficult. Training alone in a new place is an even greater challenge. Booking me as your VeloGuide would be a win-win situation, where I’d have company on my rides, and newcomers would have a local to show them the way.
I really look forward to meeting more cyclists!

Any ride in the sun with good company and some hills!
It's really difficult to choose just one, but on a quiet, sunny day, riding Munn road and then Ross Durrance is always a fun challenge. I also love to go to Metchosin and roll along the quiet roads. There are plenty of options to add some climbing or distance when you head to Metchosin west of Victoria.
I also like to start or finish most of my rides on the beautiful Victoria waterfront.
