I love riding and racing in all disciplines, and enjoy both the hum of an intense peloton as well as the solitude of an evening mountain bike ride. I'm excited to be able to share my love of the sport, as well as some fun rides in and around the greater Boise area.
My favorite ride is a short one that we do as a training ride in Boise, or can be placed at the end of just about any ride; it is called "The Dump Loop". It has some great climbs, is close to town, and has one ripping downhill which is my absolute favorite thing to do on a bike. On days when the wind has been in my favor, I've reached speeds close to 60mph!
I've been riding bicycles for about 10 years and racing for 5. I currently hold 2 state titles (Time Trial and Criterium), and will be competing in the 2017 Duathlon World Championships in Penticton, B.C. Canada. I speak fluent Spanish, work in HR for a frozen potato products company, and enjoy running, hiking, skiing, traveling, and spending time with my husband and our dog.
