Hola! I have been bicycle guiding in the Puerto Vallarta, Mexico area for 3 years full time and providing superior service to my clients. I am originally from Calgary, Alberta, Canada. I have over 25 years of cycling experience. I am an avid road cyclist who raced with a variety of teams over the years and was very active in the Calgary cycling scene. I am extremely knowledgeable about bicycle tech and cycling in general. I have commuted year-round on my bicycle while living in Calgary. Since moving to Puerto Vallarta, I love being able to ride all year without having to use studded tires and thermal clothing!
My road tours are to El Tuito, Sayulita, Punta De Mita, San Juan De Abajo, La Fortuna, La Estancia, Las Palmas and anything inbetween! I also do Fat Bike mountain tours in Puerto Vallarta: to Mirador (intermediate), Rancho Las Vegas (advanced), and the famous in city Fat Bike Graffiti and Art tour that is purely recreational! Enquire with me if you want more info!
Clarence was really a fantastic guide. He was able to quickly access my ability and adjust speed and distance to provide the perfect morning vacation ride. His attention to safety, signaling any road obstacles. All combined to make the experience one i will do again. I would definitly choose Clarence again and will incorporate more rides on my next trip here. Am sad that only was able to get a single ride in. Glad to have found this service highly recommend.
Clarence has been a fixture in the cycling community in PV for a few years. We have a bike tour business in Bucerias and of course part of VeloGuide. It has been great to have him on the app because we know when we refer clients to his VeloGuide profile to book, he will deliver a solid experience. Since VeloGuide is new, a lot of the customers Clarence has ridden with have not yet had the chance to review him here. I have always heard great things from anyone I have asked. Thanks Clarence!
Great Ride great experience. Highly recommend Clarence and the ride.

The Road To El Tuito - Southbound on Hwy 200 out of Puerto Vallarta. Excellent training (playing!) grounds! Rolling hills, and after 15 kilometers just past Boca De Tomatlan - its straight up,up, up - average 6-8 percent gradient.
Food junkie, Beer Lover, Music junkie, Family man ( Salud Mi Familia).
Love Puerto Vallarta and its people! Feel much younger than I am!
Favorite movies - Jerry Maguire and Scarface.
Rabid Roadie. Gear Junkie. Love my Ford F-150 truck - Fire Engine Red.
